These Terms of Sale are part of our Terms of Use/Service and Privacy Policies. Your use of this Website and our Services or Products constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Sale.

About TJP Services or Products.

You are not required to purchase anything in order to enjoy our Website; most of our Services are free. However, optional paid services are available on the Website.

We also offer downloadable Apps that allow you to use the THE JIT PROS Services for free and, of course, if you decide to post your Profile on our Public Directory we will offer you our advertising features for a nominal fee-per-view/fee-per-click.

The JIT Pros: This Service gives rise to an Advertising Cost (Nominal-fee-per-view/Nominal-fee-per-click) that is managed through your TJP Reloadable Prepaid Account.

Processing, Transactions, Pricing, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

We accept major credit/debit cards. All prices are in USD.

We process in-real-time software downloads, prepayments, advertising costs, etc.; therefore, you get immediately your Payment Details/Purchase History on your TJP Account. Be advised that, occasionally, the process of activating a Service/Product may take a few minutes.

All FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS are developed in a SECURE ENVIRONMENT. We DO NOT STORE any CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DATA whatsoever; thus, this data must be entered by Users every time they top up their Prepaid Account or purchase an App; such information is collected through a secure and ENCRYPTED COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL only within the purchasing process and we only record in the system the status of the payment transaction.

Your TOTAL PRICE shown INCLUDES THE PRICE OF THE SERVICES/PRODUCTS PLUS ANY APPLICABLE SALES TAX; you agree that you must pay all fees and all applicable taxes relating to use of our Services/Products; you also understand and agree that THE JIT PROS charges your credit/debit card for this amount; charge occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction; if your payment method is invalid or your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your Services/Products will be terminated.

Your use of the TJP Services includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make transactions electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and transactions. Therefore, you are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for using a valid credit/debit card. You will be responsible for all costs we incur in connection with the collection of your unpaid amounts, if any, including court costs, attorneys' fees, and any other associated costs.

All amounts for Purchases (Services/Products) will be billed to your credit/debit card within the purchasing process; finally, all amounts/fees for Advertising Costs (nominal-fee-per-view/nominal-fee-per-click) or other Costs, if any, will be charged through your TJP Reloadable Prepaid Account. All charges are non-refundable; note that any amount paid into your Prepaid Account as "TJP Balance" is non-refundable and can only be used on TJP Services.

When you purchase an App, top up your TJP Reloadable Prepaid Account, or consume Advertising Costs, etc., you agree to pay the price stated at this time, as well as, any applicable taxes included. We reserve the right to reject any order of purchase at any time. If a stated price determined by us is erroneous and need to be corrected, e.g. typographic errors, we are not under any obligation to offer you the Service/Product at that wrong price. If your Service/Product includes access to areas that contain other products or services, you may have to pay additional fees to fully access those products; these additional charges, if any, will be clearly stated.

We reserve the right to change the price of any of our Services/Products at any time, for any reason, without prior notice; all new prices, if any, will be posted on the Website and/or in other appropriate locations on the TJP Services. You may cancel a Service/Product/Account at any time, but you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion; if we issue a refund, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. We also reserve the right to make changes to our Services/Products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for Services or Products that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund. If any or all of our Services/Products are temporarily unavailable or your access to the Website is interrupted, restricted, or delayed for any reason, you will not receive a refund, and we will not be liable for any losses or damages that you may suffer. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services/Products for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation; you will not be entitled to any refund.

We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to some/other portions of the Website/TJP Services or the Website/TJP Services as a whole. However, in no event you will be charged for access to the Website/TJP Services unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. Thus, if at any time we require a fee for portions of the Website/TJP Services that are now free, we will give you advance notice of such fees, and you may decide about it; you may cancel your Account at any time.

All new fees, if any, will be posted on the Website and/or in other appropriate locations on the TJP Services. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your Account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any Applications or Services offered for sale through the Website by us or offered for sale through any other authorized distributor.

Software Licenses.

You shall have no rights to the Proprietary Software, including but not limited to TJP Apps, TJP-Finder, TJP-Tracking, The JIT Pros, and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you in order to access the TJP Services. You may not sublicense, assign, sell, or transfer any licenses granted by THE JIT PROS, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment, sale, or transfer shall be null and void. You may not otherwise copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Software.

Registration and User Profiles; Security.

Some areas of the Website may require you to register or create a user profile as part of an application process. Completion of the process usually involves creating an Account with a username or identifier and password, which you agree to guard as confidential information and take all reasonable measures to keep secure. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at all times, and to update it in a timely manner. THE JIT PROS does not receive any commission from the services provided by our Users to their Customers. TJP does not receive fee whatsoever for the commercial relations established between our Users and Visitors or Customers.

TJP's selection criteria of Profiles are strictly based on their current GPS Location-Availability data capture. Therefore, we have no preference for any Profile, and we do not promote any one (individual, company, provider, trader, seller, agent, etc.) over others.

We are not responsible and provide no warranties, express or implied, for content provided in Profiles posted by our Users or even information provided by other Visitors. Profiles are not showed for accuracy, legitimacy or truthfulness. TJP will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages of any kind contacting any Profile posted on our Website or from contracting any Service provided by our Users. TJP will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages of any kind or any legal matters arising from using our Services.

THE JIT PROS at no time cannot be held responsible for any changes made to any Profile at the present time or at any future date. The Profiles that change their content from the original version may be removed with immediate effect from our database if it is felt the Profile does not meet current standards and criteria. TJP also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to block any User and to delete, remove, refuse to display, or report any submitted materials.

THE JIT PROS will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website and its Applications; we are not responsible for any use you make of our Services/Products, for the contents, uploaded images, services provided, or the views expressed by our Visitors and Users.

We are proud to be user-friendly, family-friendly, eco-friendly and animal-friendly. We reserve the right to use, modify, and adapt any content or information posted by Users on our Public Directory for our promotional and advertising purposes without compensation to the author of the content.
